MOJ - Channing's Wood Prison
Delivered Stage 4–5 MEP design for a 30-unit modular deployment centre, resolving critical Stage 3 performance issues to ensure compliant, buildable infrastructure delivered efficiently in both time and cost.
Education - Portreath School
Provided EPC and BRUKL assessments, identifying non-compliant MEP strategy issues and advising optimised systems to achieve Part L compliance.
Healthcare - Derriford Hospital, Plymouth
