Dan Joyce
Dan brings extensive experience across client, principal contractor, contractor and subcontractor roles, from electrician and plant maintenance through to project and design leadership. Having operated at every tier of project delivery, he understands how decisions made at one stage can impact cost, coordination and performance downstream.
This cross-sector perspective enables BEST to advise clients with clarity, challenge risk early and guide projects through complex technical and commercial environments with confidence.
Josh Bath
Before founding BES-Technical, Josh spent over a decade with a leading UK MEP contractor, progressing from apprentice electrician through project and design management to Head of Technical Services. Having led internal design delivery at contractor level, he understands first-hand how design decisions impact programme, coordination and buildability on site.
That progression, from the tools to technical leadership, underpins our approach: practical design that anticipates construction challenges and reduces risk before work begins.
