The challenge
During the assessment process, the proposed MEP strategy was identified as non-compliant with the relevant requirements. This created a risk that the development would not achieve the necessary energy performance and regulatory standards.
The outcome
BES-Technical identified the areas of non-compliance and provided clear recommendations on the most appropriate MEP systems to achieve compliance. This enabled the project team to move forward with a compliant building services strategy and satisfy the required performance standards.
